  What I would like to know is why they have keep the same business model of using free labor to hand out magazines in hopes of receiving donation witch almost never happens are they that stuck in a rut that they can't pull out of this dead end model? Is the Governing Body that stupid that they can't pull of this bad business venture from the past and completely shift gears to keep their little kingdom empire a float.

  O and any word on their buying up contaminated sites to build branches and head quarters? What kind of F&DS investments are those? What's the plan or or they just plane stupid?

  The reason it appears to have a strong hand is that it can do what a court does in terms of subpoenaing witnesses. They must answer any questions asked, on penalty of a fine or imprisonment if they refuse. If they lie, that is perjury, a crime. (This non-court can’t try them for that crime, but it can recommend such.)
  The commission also has power to search for documents or other evidence and to seize it. The search warrant can be carried out by the Australian Federal Police or state police assisting the commission. Section 4 of the Act says they may enter the premises and “3(c) seize any of the relevant things.”
  The current Royal Commission, for which Letters Patent came from the Queen, has two justices, Peter McClellan and Jennifer Coate. They have wide discretion. For instance, they have ordered the names of survivors (i.e., victims) to be kept private. Testimony from those persons is entered with a three-letter pseudonym, such as BKA.
  On December 11, Justice McClellan refused Cardinal Pell’s application to give his testimony by video link from Rome, instead of having to appear in the Melbourne court. Some of the survivors, attending as spectators, showed delight that the Royal Commission did not bow to the cardinal’s wishes.

    Yeah they got bigger fish to fry, But I was hoping that because that because this operation is all fifty states I thought they should be in on all the crap that the Watchtower Corporation is pulling on minors.

  I don't know but it would seem to me that the organization has been shown to be by the Royal Commission an Organization of captives or Captive Organization and that it fails to protect the children in it care who are also captives and free slave labor from child molesters by not reporting these crimes to the Police and leaving them to suffer more abuse by a abusing parent should come up in their radar as an international exploiter of children.

  I'm thinking the RC has already reported them to the FBI.

  So I'm thinking with all this international scandal about child abusers inside the organization and their not reporting it to the law enforcement agencies must raise some red flags especially after the Royal Commission Inquiry, which they no doubt alerted the FBI or other governmental agencies. Add to this that their charity status is being called into question in several countries, the confiscation of mega millions of US dollars from all the Congregations. Add to this the Governing Body are a bunch of in denial idiots, and the old saying where their is smoke their is fire seems to indicate more dishonesty than meets the eye.

Due to a lack of transparency only can they make the claims they made. Someone needs to do an audit on these guys and find out what they are doing with the funds.
